“I am grateful to Mr. Shrinivas Suresh for his kind co operation during my son fell ill in the month of March 2020. I took oriental health insurance from Mr Shrinivas Suresh 3 years before. I am working in Abudhabi. My son is in studying in Bhopal. My son fell ill in the first week March 2020. Some how he could able admit in near by hospital by the help of his friends. He was not having even insurance card with him during admission. Next day I just simply contacted and informed Mr.Suresh with whom I took medical insurance . He immediately took my son phone no and enquired about which hospital he admitted and communicated to the concerned authorities in hospital. He has given all details of insurance to them and told how to claim. He was in touch with hospital and insurance authorities throughout the day till late evening and finally ful insurance claim occurred. I never thought so easily insurance claim can happen . It all happened due to sincere service of Mr. Shrinivas Suresh. I come across very few insurance agents like Mr Suresh where serving sincerely during claim. Even today I did not meet him. Every thing by online only. I don't have any hesitation to write good words to him.
